Please read these terms & conditions carefully before using the sa999 platform. This is a legally binding agreement between you and us.

Welcome to the sa999 platform. These terms & conditions ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between sa999 ("we", "us") and every user of this platform ("you", "member"). By accessing this platform or creating an account, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Age Requirements

The following eligibility criteria must be met to participate on the sa999 platform:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is only for those aged 21 and above.
  • You must reside in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted.
  • You are using the platform on your own behalf, independently, and for personal purposes — not on behalf of any third party.
  • You are of sound mind and your decision-making capacity is intact.
Important: We may request identity documents (national ID or passport) at any time for age verification purposes. Failure to provide the required documents may result in account suspension.

1.1 Protection of Minors

sa999 is fully committed to protecting minors from gaming. If any person creates an account using false information and it is subsequently proven that they are under 21 years of age, that account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

2. Account Registration & Management

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account at sa999. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. In the event of a violation of this policy, all accounts will be permanently closed and associated balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

Accurate, complete, and up-to-date information must be provided at the time of account registration. If any of your details change, you must notify our support team immediately. Providing false or incorrect information will be considered a violation of these Terms.

2.3 Account Security

Your account login credentials (username and password) must be kept strictly confidential. We are not responsible for any unauthorized access to your account. If you notice any unusual activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

  • Use a strong password and change it regularly.
  • Do not share your account credentials with anyone.
  • Always log out after using a public or shared computer.
  • Report any suspicious activity to the support team right away.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

sa999 currently accepts transactions via Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (same for each method)
Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000
Standard Processing Time: 10–45 minutes

3.3 Withdrawal Process

Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed. The account used for withdrawal must be linked to the same mobile number used for your deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

  • Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
  • All applicable bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal.
  • Withdrawals may be delayed due to technical or verification-related reasons.
  • Unusual or suspicious transactions may be subject to administrative review.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members of sa999 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Example calculation: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; a deposit of ৳32,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not the combined deposit and bonus). For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Policy

  • Each member is eligible for only one welcome bonus.
  • Winnings earned using bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
  • sa999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at its discretion.
  • If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be suspended.
  • Other promotions or offers will have their own terms and conditions, which will be published at the relevant time.

5. Gameplay Rules

5.1 Fair Play Policy

sa999 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games on the platform use secure and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. No game outcome is predetermined, and every round takes place completely independently.

5.2 Technical Issues

If a disconnection occurs during a game session due to a technical fault, the system saves the last valid state of that round, which may be restored upon reconnection. However, sa999 is not liable for issues arising from network or device problems.

5.3 Gaming Currency & Balance

  • All bets and payouts are calculated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
  • Gaming balance is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash — it can only be withdrawn subject to wagering requirements being met.
  • In the event of a dispute over a game outcome, sa999's server logs will be considered final.

5.4 Sports Betting Special Policy

For sports betting, bet settlement may remain pending until the official result is announced. If an event does not take place due to weather, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules. The availability of live betting offers may vary by time and event.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sa999 platform:

  • Attempting to gain an advantage through fraud, deception, or any other unlawful means.
  • Abusing bonuses or promotions by creating multiple accounts.
  • Using software, bots, automated scripts, or any other technical tools to gain an unfair advantage in the gaming process.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
  • Conducting transactions using a third party's payment account.
  • Accessing or attempting to access another member's account.
  • Hacking the platform's systems or networks, or transmitting viruses or harmful code.
  • Using the platform for commercial purposes without sa999's permission.
Consequences: If evidence is found of involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above, sa999 reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

sa999 treats the protection of your personal information as its highest priority. Our platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data transfers secure.

7.1 Data Collection & Use

Information collected through your registration and use of the platform will be used solely for account management, transaction processing, service improvement, and compliance with applicable legal obligations. 7.2 Cookies

sa999 uses cookies to operate the platform effectively. By continuing to use the platform, you consent to the use of cookies.

8. Limitation of Liability

sa999 accepts no liability for the following:

  • Interruptions to gameplay caused by internet disconnection or technical failure.
  • Issues with the user's own device or software.
  • Unauthorized access to your account by a third party, where you yourself have disclosed your login credentials.
  • Changes in gaming laws that are outside your jurisdiction.
  • Faults in any game provider's server or software.

In any circumstance, the maximum limit of sa999's liability will be the total current balance in your account. sa999 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

9. Account Closure & Suspension

9.1 Closure by User

You may close your account at any time by notifying our support team. Before closing your account, you may withdraw any applicable balance provided all wagering requirements have been met.

9.2 Closure or Suspension by sa999

sa999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

  • Violation of any provision of these Terms.
  • Suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity.
  • Failure to provide documents required for verification.
  • Extended inactivity (which will be announced separately).
  • In accordance with applicable laws or regulatory directives.

10. Amendments to Terms

sa999 reserves the right to change, revise, or update these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes — either by email or through a clear announcement on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms. We therefore recommend visiting this page regularly.

11. Responsible Gaming

sa999 believes that gaming should be an enjoyable and entertaining activity — not a tool for solving financial problems. We encourage all members to play responsibly.
